This morning in school assembly, Mr Maloney looked such a fool
When he stood up in front of everyone and said “There’s no heating in school!
But it will be back on by five, for a man I am going to pay.
And he will mend the central heating later on today.”
He didn’t let us home, you know, he didn’t let us home!
A decent teacher would have called our parents on his office telephone.
A decent teacher would have let us home at the slightest hint of snow.
That’s what my Mom told him when she came to have a go!
